Experience working in a fast paced environment is a definite plus! The Human Resources Project Manage r will work closely with the Learning and Talent Development team and senior MyEyeDr.
leaders to ensure MyEyeDr.
has the right people, at the right time, and in the right role to maximize our service to our patients and retain and develop our associates.
Work Experience Minimum Experience required BA required.
Masters in organizational development, leadership, adult learning, education, or related field strongly preferred or significant and relevant work experience 5 years' exigence in roles responsible for organizational development, leadership and people development, performance management, career management, competency modeling, and workforce planning.
Experience in the integration of leadership development and talent management strongly preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization Strong project management skills, including a proven track record of leading large, complex projects using standard project management practices and tool We are looking for a curious, continuous learner who combines a passion for seeing people grow and will offer creative and practical solutions to help our organization and associates grow.
