We are currently seeking a Director of Contracts Overview to join our team in McLean, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
The Director of Delivery Excellence (2) - one for North Region, one for South Region, will be aligned with, and support the operations of the Geographic Client Manager (GCM) that owns the full P&L, growth, and account responsibilities for their region. While maintaining an IVV/external account oversight perspective of account operations, the responsibilities of the Director of Delivery Excellence include performing regular account performance and margin improvement reviews and driving operational improvements within the GCM account portfolio. In addition, the Director of Delivery Excellence will review and approve the delivery components of all new/expansion/extension opportunities (utilizing the Delivery Review Board process) to ensure all opportunities are complete, deliverable, financially sound, and that the operational staff is identified and appropriate to deliver to the contract metrics. The Director of Delivery Excellence will be able to both write and review Statements of Works, project plans, assumptions, and ensure that all delivery risks are identified and accounted for in both mitigation plans and the financials. In addition, the Director of Delivery Excellence will identify and mentor new delivery leaders for new account delivery positions and to support new business opportunities. The Director of Delivery Excellence will support and ensure compliance to all corporate reporting, tools, Service Excellence Dashboard and other delivery initiatives. The role involves not only oversight, but leadership and active personal engagement in account delivery and improvement initiatives. The Director of Delivery Excellence will establish regular (monthly or quarterly) Sr. leadership delivery/operational and financial account performance reviews based on key metrics that drive delivery excellence, financial performance, contract compliance and margin improvements. Extensive knowledge of and use of the 360 Analytics reporting tool and other financial and compliance tools is required to monitor and improve operational and financial performance.
