Customer Service Representative (Current TS/SCI Full Scope Poly required)
Summary:
The Customer Service Representative provides onsite full-time Customer Service & Concierge Desk/Conference Center Support.
This position has high client visibility and promotion potential.
Essential Job Functions:
Responds to all telephone, walk-in, and electronic inquiries for assistance.
Tracks and monitors service requests to ensure each is accurate, completed, and closed in a timely manner.
Creates meeting reservations and configures conference rooms in accordance with individual requests.
Provides support to conference center attendees to include identifying supplies needed, operating equipment, and conference set-up and breakdown.
Ensures conference rooms are clean and void of classified materials at the end of the day.
Performs other administrative duties, as needed.
Education &
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience working at a customer service center.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with team and customers.
Good oral and written communication skills sufficient to respond to customers' routine questions in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to manage own activities and workflow under tight deadlines.
Ability to apply a strong customer focus orientation to understand customer requirements.

Ability to ensure that management, co-workers, customers, and stakeholders are kept informed.
Security Clearance:
TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph required, Candidates MUST currently possess an active TS/SCI w/FSP to qualify.
