Technical Recruiter

Technical Recruiter Responsibilities include:
Effectively manage the full life-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions on government contracts.
Actively source talent using creative recruiting techniques including:
job boards, social media, cold calling, job fairs, networking and engaged outreach to community organizations.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, human resource business partners and other internal customers.
Partner with managers and Human Resources in being proactive with both current and future hiring and business needs; including developing talent sourcing pipelines.
Pre-screen, assess and recommend qualified pools of candidates for hire to the hiring manager.
Schedule interviews, extend offers of employment and initiate drug screening and background investigation processes.
Ensure a positive experience for candidates and for hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting life-cycle by remaining focused on providing excellent customer service.
Maintain the applicant tracking system documentation and details throughout all phases of full-cycle recruitment process.
Ensure compliance and administration with all government contracting regulations, especially OFCCP.
Follow internal compliance of selection and recruitment in accordance with defined policies and procedures.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field Minimum five years experience in talent acquisition in a corporate setting.
Government contracting preferred Experience developing and implementing effective proactive sourcing strategies for high volume, exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple locations.
Overseas hiring experience helpful Strong knowledge of online hiring practices and behavioral-based interviewing and tracking processes for applicants and open positions Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and methodologies Strong knowledge of talent acquisition as a function, including best practices and new trends Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, external organizations within the community and passive and active candidates Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and networking skills Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities Experience recruiting for a wide range of positions across a variety of levels Successful strategies and techniques for applicant tracking, sourcing and candidate communication Ability to balance a high volume of requisitions and to adjust priorities according to business needs High tolerance for continuously evolving needs and enthusiasm for continuous process improvement Security:
A Secret Security Clearance may be required for the position, Top Secret Clearance is helpful.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
