We have an urgent need for a talented Salesforce Administrator to support a substantial project based in Northern, Virginia.
The Ideal Candidate for this opportunity should have over 5 years of professional Salesforce.
com System Administration & Analysis experience.
If selected, Consultants will be required to be on-site in McLean, VA for the first 1-2 weeks and will then be allowed to work 100% Remotely.
Responsibilities include :
Supporting and maintaining Salesforce environment including:
managing cases, troubleshooting end-user and resolving system issues Working with the business to define needs and suggest ways for them to achieve their objectives via Salesforce Designing and implementing technical solutions, data models and automation in Salesforce Executing small projects Qualifications :
Must have Advanced Salesforce System Administration/Analysis skills Must be able to provide support & maintenance as well as small technical tweaks for small development projects Consultants should have excellent Communication skills with Customer and Client Must be a Certified Salesforce Administrator Preferred :
Any additional SFDC Certifications including Sales cloud or Service cloud would be an added advantage Publishing & Media Industry experience is preferred Education Level:
