IT Program Manager - Agile Methodology

AIS is seeking a Program Manager for a role in McLean, VA. You will be expected to coordinate and guide the efforts of mission, technical, training, and support teams.
You must possess a current TS/SCI with a full scope polygraph. You will be developing clear and concise plans in support of new initiatives and projects. As the PM, you will plan and support pilot programs, develop artifacts, schedule feedback mechanisms, provide recommendations, execute demos, lead focus groups, and conduct table top exercises. You must have at least 16 years experience in program management.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration and/or Computer Sciences is preferred, not mandatory.
Certifications: A PMP or SCRUM Master Certification would be highly desired.
You must be able to demonstrate the following:
Launch of new capabilities across multiple organizations, including planning, developing, and executing change; program management; and communications.
Program Management techniques to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem resolution, this includes being able to structure and organize metrics for program. To include meeting the objectives and produce schedules.
Agile methodology and requirements management.
Ability to create, draft and review documentation.
Ability to ascertain current and future needs in regards to possible technology advancements and trends.
Ability to oversee the allocation of resources, ability to set budgets, ensure the control and execution and analysis of the program.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
