Responsibilities
Build requisite foreign language personnel capabilities and cultural expertise.- Integrate Community Human Language Technology (HLT) efforts- Coordinate community outreach and programs in language training, education, research and technology.- Define Foreign Language requirements across the IC partners.- Provide oversight to ensure cross-organizational workflow and sharing of foreign language expertise.- Measure and track IC foreign language capabilities and readiness against Mission objectives across the IC.- Shall be readily accessible to the COTR and FLP Program manager.- Responsible for keeping the FLP Program Manager informed of the general status of work in progress and issues in need of attention.- Improvement to course content/delivery/mechanisms may be required.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business or related field.- Minimum 5 years experience in the IC working in a position in an organization to coordinate external resources as required ensuring the successful performance of program objectives.- Demonstrated experience collecting and analyzing data across the IC partners.- Demonstrated experience defining requirements across the IC partners.- Demonstrated ability to write concisely and clearly.- Possess excellent verbal, interpersonal communications, and representational skills.- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, identify problems, and propose alternative solutions.- Possess an ODNI/ISSATS, and be eligible for crossover.
