Job Description
Reports To:
Daily: Program Mgr, Tech Oversight: Sr. Dir,GS/TC
Summary:
Provide strategic leadership for the V8 Security programs and functions. Apply expertise in the
development and management of V8 pro-active security programs, policies and procedures designed
to support the strategic goals of the IAP organization. Responsible for balancing the
security/industry goals and the strategic vision of the organization in accordance with the
National Industrial Security Program (NISP), DoD and all other US Government Regulations.
Essential Job Functions:(not limited to duties as described - performs related duties as requested)
1. Perform duties and responsibilities that are common to most supervisory personnel.
2. Direct and oversee all aspects of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual
(NISPOM) and related Federal government regulatory requirements for the administration and
protection of classified information both in the United States and internationally for all
special contracts.
3. Develop, coordinate, implement and direct policies and processes related to the Security
functional area.
4. Oversee the development and implementation of security plans to ensure electronic processing
of classified information is performed in accordance with NISPOM requirements.
5. Direct and oversee the Security Clearance Process to oversee the processing of new hires and
electronically track and report all security clearances and report status.
6. Direct and oversee the overall operation of the Access Control Center, Visitor processing
both classified and unclassified, Information Security, Access Control Planning, badging for
all V8 contract employees, establish accountability of classified documents etc. to ensure
access is granted and protection is provided for such, in accordance with the NISPOM and
Corporate policy.
7. Interface with external customers to satisfy their requirements for the protection of
classified or unclassified sensitive/technical information entrusted to the Corporation.
8. Function as official Facility Security Officer for contracts handled through the PSO.
9. Identify and respond to security requirements of RFP's as well as participate in key
management briefings on industrial security business practices and regulatory compliance as
required.
10. Facilitate information and best practices sharing between locations and within IAP World
Services, Inc., and IAP Worldwide Services, Inc.
11. Provide direction to project location security personnel, and maintain overall
responsibility for the PSO's client Facility Clearance and provide liaison support for other
location clearances.
12. Conduct industrial security self inspections to ensure compliance with the requirements of
the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and National Industrial Security Program
Operating Manual (NISPOM).
13. Prepare reports to customers, per the contract, to include changes affecting personnel and
facility clearance.
14. Continually enhance the overall Corporate Security Program.
15. Maintain and track all training requirements for personnel deploying to overseas project
sites to include refresher training for deployed personnel as required.
Level of Supervision:
Oversee program security and provide guidance to the Program Support Office
Education and
Experience:(or equivalent)
Bachelor degree with major related to job duties. Two additional years of experience may be
substituted for each missing year of education.

years security program management, including exposure to each type of security listed in
Summary, with government agency
License and Certifications:
Facility Security Officer (FSO) Certification
Current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI). Must be able to obtain and maintain Top
Secret/Poly with SCI clearance. US Citizen only.
Knowledge and Skills:
In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, agency requirements applicable to job duties.
Effective communication and administrative skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
