We currently have a Mid to Senior level position open for a CTI/CRM SME with Multi-channel Contact Center experience and telephony integration hands-on expertise at our McLean, VA (HQ) location.
CTI/CRM SME Specific Duties:
Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of the business aspects/benefits of CRM in the enterprise.
Experience in end-to-end CRM implementations with technical hands-on experience with configuring, customizing and implementing CRM solutions.
Experience as a Contact Center solutions architect, well versed in multi-channel technologies and telephony platforms, with an emphasis on holistic integration of these technologies with CRM solutions.
In depth understanding of the latest Contact Center telephony solutions with true hands-on experience of at least one of these solutions as an implementer and not just as an end user
CTI-specific experience focused on the following skills: Telephony/CTI Architectural solution planning, CTI Development (nice to have), Telephony Implementation expertise and Testing lifecycle management.
Experience in designing and developing software components, having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
Integration experience between CRM solutions and varying business systems, with working knowledge of numerous integration tools.
Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
Working knowledge of Cloud-based solutions of both CRM and Telephony offerings.
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge and hands-on experience of .
Proficiency in programming on the platform, including experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of from scratch.
Practical deployment knowledge of Visualforce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and .
Programming experience with the following languages, J2EE, HTML XML, SQL, Oracle.
