Global Analysis is looking for a Hyperspectral Imagery Scientist who will be the Senior Spectral Manager for a Brigade sized element with organic HSI collection assets. The candidate will be required to advise the command on all aspects of HSI enterprise operations and requirements. Additional duties include performing complex and timely spectral and geospatial analysis in support of Special Operations forces. Duties include but not limited to, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of Airborne and Space-Based Hyper-Spectral Imagery (HSI) data and Electro-Optical Imagery. Shall be highly proficient in geospatial applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. Performs expert imagery analysis, imagery product production, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex military imagery systems solutions to satisfy identified needs and requirements.
Required Skills and Education
Required education: Bachelor Degree.
Shall be highly proficient in geospatial applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
Performs high level/expert imagery analysis, imagery product production, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex military imagery systems solutions to satisfy identified needs and requirements.
Performs high level/expert intelligence systems architecture design and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex military imagery systems solutions to requirements.
Shall possess strong working knowledge of geospatially oriented data and the ability to build geospatial databases.
Preferred Skills and Education
Master's degree with at least 2 years of additional experience with targeting and collection management.
