Responsibilities:
At a minimum

The Mid-Level Military Analyst position is responsible for the following:
Helping to manage the office's military capabilities coordination team efforts to plan and execute the assigned mission. These communities of practice will be the primary means by which management will assess orders of battle (OBs) and associated foundational military intelligence for both national military and security forces and selected non-state actors.
Serving as a subject matter expert on major order of battle (OB) and military analysis issues related to countries and groups selected for review and staying abreast of global military and security developments that have national security and foreign policy significance.
Facilitating IC consensus on high priority military capability issues, including OB fidelity, through a series of community sessions, working groups, and related meetings.
Supporting the office on related ad-hoc tasks, office initiatives, and other projects.
Engaging with US and IC commands pertaining to military capability analysis issues.
Providing expert knowledge management support, team facilitation, and communities of practice and service development.
Facilitating the execution of virtual line-by-line order of battle review and community engagement feedback mechanisms to encourage increased community collaboration to meet mission requirements.
Establishing and maintaining a virtual collaboration site and knowledge repository.

Qualifications:
To qualify for a Mid-Level labor category, the candidate must also possess, at a minimum, the following education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related work experience, and
5 years of work experience related to the technical requirement (SOW Section) against which the individual is slated to perform
1 year of experience working in the Intelligence Community
