GEOINT Technical Support Specialist

Seeking a GEOINT Technical Support Specialist. The GEOINT Technical Support Specialist will provide assisted service to agency customers world-wide through the delivery of GEOINT content on various forms of media (i.e. external hard drives, tape, optical, etc.) and electronic transfer. The GEOINT Technical Support Specialist will provide customer support through online self-services and personal interactions.
The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining current Agency GEOINT data and imagery stay well-informed of new technologies, and anticipate customer needs
Improving media services processes by enhancing Agencys knowledge of customers GEOINT data requirements
Assisting in providing data, facts, and information necessary to ensure Agency service offerings align with customer needs
Identify, propose, and implement changes tailored to individual customers needs and requirements
Required Qualifications:
Possess and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance
Have knowledge of GEOINT products and data to include commercial imagery, satellite imagery systems and related information libraries
Have a working knowledge of LINUX, Windows Operating Systems and HTML
Familiarity with Media Services, Agencys Gateway, Source and all operations centers, service centers, and business processes in Agency
Have ability to write scripts/applications using Visual Basic or other computer languages
Have experience in acquiring, maintaining, replicating, disseminating, archiving, and troubleshooting GEOINT data
Have background in connecting web applications to databases, database administration and database systems
Knowledge of Custom Media Generation System (CMGS), Tailored Media Generation System (TMGS) and STIL Media Services functions as it pertains to data dissemination processes
Qualifications:
Familiarity with current NGA products, image flow, and conducting media transfers
Experience with ColdFusion
Graphic Design or Multimedia Production experience
EDUCATION &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and (4) years of related experience
