Our client, a growing local Advertising firm, is looking to hire a Receptionist to assist them between the hours of 1:30pm to 5:30pm. The Receptionist will be in charge of greeting guests, vendors as well as clients. Additionally the receptionist with assist with filing, copying and faxing for multiple departments. This is a dynamic position for a Receptionist who is organized and committed to the profession. The ideal Receptionist will be able to handle a multi-line switchboard, operate basic office equipment, complete general office work as well as sort incoming mail. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
