ID.me is looking for a highly motivated Android Engineer to build amazing mobile applications for our users. As ID.me's Android engineer, you will be responsible for building and architecting multiple apps, ranging from identity & security to mobile ecommerce.
High-Level Job Description
Develop and Design native Android applications
Develop and Design open &closed source Android SDKs
Integrate mobile apps with RESTful web services
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
BS in Computer Science, equivalent degree, or previous work experience
2
years experience with Java and the Android SDK (API 14+)
Ice Cream Sandwich and newer
Experience with Object Oriented Programming
Experience with Software Design Patterns
Experience with Eclipse and/or Android Studio
Experience using Git and Github
Experience using OAuth/RESTful APIs to integrate mobile applications to server side systems
Extensive knowledge of Android User Experience
Desired Qualifications
At least 1 application in the Google Play Store (Please provide a link)
Experience with Object Relational Mappers
Experience using crash and data analytics platforms
Experience with SOAP APIs
Experience with SAML protocol
Working knowledge on any of the following languages: Objective-C, C#, Ruby on Rails, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
