The Senior Director, Data Operations, owns and drives the operations around the IXI Data Factory. This key position manages all activities around the load, analysis and warehousing of the IXI network; the build of all direct measured and derived products as well as the fulfillment of all data products and custom projects.

Responsibilities:
Improve the operational systems, processes, and technology in support of the organization's mission; specifically information flow and management, business process, and team planning;
Participate in long-term planning, including initiatives to increase efficiency allowing for new growth projects to be transferred to the operations team;
Supervise, coach, recruit, and maintain a highly skilled team of managers, analysts, and ETL professionals;
Manage and prioritize custom project requests and production tasks based on revenue and level of effort;
Coordinate between the sales, product management, analytics, and development teams to understand product and project requirements for the purpose of creating a repeatable production processes;
Responsible for quality assurance and quality control processes and improvement for the entire group;
Support and track all revenue based fulfillment for the entire group;
Oversee the entire process of incoming data, ETL, quality control, standardization, and aggregation for the entire group;
Create requirement documents and coordinate with clients, both internal and external, to gain a shared understanding of required data elements and the file transfer process and schedule; and
Actively learn about, test, and adopt new technologies in the fields of ETL, business intelligence, and database management.

Education, Experience, and Licensure:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics or Engineering, or related field, or equivalent training and experience;
Seven (7) to ten (10) years' experience with analyzing data and characterizing information; and
Three (3) to five (5) years' experience managing and developing a team.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High level of organizational, analytical, and methodical skills;
Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines;
Experience with the SQL Management Studio software application;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Experience with business intelligence and ETL tools;
Excellent oral and written communication skills; and
Ability to work either independently or in a team environment, depending on the task. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
