The candidate will be responsible for executing on a broad range of transactions. Will independently manage, including drafting and negotiating, a wide range of transactions, including complex procurement and outsourcing contracts, business line partnerships, alliances and other business agreements, portfolio sales and acquisitions, marketing agreements, and mergers and acquisitions, including leading complex due diligence reviews. Counsel and advise client groups, including providing legal advice on complex legal issues. Manage and coordinate outside counsel, when necessary. Implement and monitor repeatable, controlled processes for transactional work.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
