Legal Manager Counsel CAST
The candidate will be drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial arrangements, including nondisclosure agreements, procurement and outsourcing contracts, business line partnerships, marketing alliances, technology agreements and other business agreements. Will be assisting with strategic transactions, including conducting due diligence assessments in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity investments or capital markets transactions. Counseling and advising client groups, including Enterprise Supplier Management, Corporate Development and Community Development Finance. Coordinating with outside counsel, when necessary. Managing repeatable and controlled processes for transactional work.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
