The
position
requires analysis of proposed and existing systems from technological, methodological, and mission perspectives. Sponsors systems include an exceptionally diverse array of technologies, so the candidate must have a demonstrated ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly. The candidate will develop and support dataset exploitation into various big data platforms for technical targeting purposes. Candidate will design and maintain software to ingest data from a variety of sources, model aggregated data, and provide the modeled data to a number of downstream consumers. Further, the candidate will respond to ad hoc queries about the content/quality of the data.
Mandatory Skills:
1) Minimum of 13 years demonstrated experience with Java and C# developer.
2) Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience with Twister Designer. Where Twister flows were developed for ETL projects were designed with Oracle, Postgres database, and XML formats were queried inserted and deleted using JAVA, JavaScript routines.
3) Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting associated with data ingestion.
4) Demonstrated experience designing and writing
classes
, interfaces, and algorithms in an object oriented language.
5) Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience developing Java web applications.
6) Demonstrated experience with HPCC ECL to query across structured and unstructured data sets.
7) Demonstrated experience assisting in system architectural designs
8) Demonstrated Experience with Pentaho
Desired Skills:
1) Demonstrated experience with rapid implementation of software architectural designs
2) Demonstrated experience with configuration of COTS applications to meet design and security requirements.
