We are looking for experienced SAP Consultants with functional and technical capabilities; and other skills as required to perform SAP Post Go-Live Support ("PGS")
services
activities. These activities include:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional and technical applications support for all implemented SAP modules and technical components in scope for Finance and Procurement, Human Capital Management & Strategic Procurement, Work Order Management, Public Budget Formulation, Talent Management and Treasury, Pension Administration, and Tax & Revenue Management.
Help Desk Support - Assisting in resolution of Service Desk's Tier 2 and Tier 3 SAP

Perform Master Data Maintenance Activities - Including addition, deletion, and edits to master data in SAP for the modules in scope...under the guidance of County ERP CoE Leads. This may include: mass data changes, data loads, data extracts, and data uploads, as required.
Testing Support - Assist in planning and executing testing in the Quality Assurance (QA) environment, in support of SAP software patches, service packs, upgrades, SAP software configuration changes, SAP Notes, etc. Work with ERP CoE Team to develop and execute test cases prior to transporting SAP application configuration and code changes to the production client -- in order to ensure integrity of the implemented SAP Solution.
Assist with Month-end and Year-end Activities - Supporting ERP CoE Team with tasks such as: period-end reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, making adjusting journal entries, carrying forward balances and maintaining the documentation on the period-end process steps.
SAP Documentation - Create and maintain documentation related to issue resolution, SOP Guide, SAP Functional and Technical documentation, ERP frequently asked questions (FAQ), etc. on SAP Solutions
manager
and ERP SharePoint.
Automation - automate PGS tasks and establish repeatable processes to the extent possible in order to increase operational efficiencies.
Provide input into SOP Guide; and assist in obtaining CoE certification from SAP Public Services.
Miscellaneous User Support - Including user questions, clarifications and knowledge transfer to users as needed.
Required Experience:

SAP NetWeaver version 7.3, Enhancement Pack 1 NW BI 7.30 EhP1 SP7 (BW) with BI-CONT 7.47 SP4, including components such as:

Education:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with eight years of experience or Masters Degree with six (6) years of related experience or Doctorate Degree with four years of experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
