You ll work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders around the company as you help us deliver the next generation of tools that make it easy to leverage rules to make business decisions.
In this role, you ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in four key areas:
Human CenteredYou ll lead sourcing and synthesis of customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs to drive the long term vision for your productYou ll turn these customer insights into actionable strategies that will define the priorities for your team and rally your stakeholders to your visionBusiness Focused You ll own and prioritize the long-term (12-18 months) product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that all the right resources are aligned to ensure that and your team will be successfulYou ll define KPIs for your product and will be responsible for measuring and tracking to those measures, with an eye to adjusting and refining your roadmap as the data dictatesTechnology DrivenYou ll have an end-to-end understanding of your product and how it fits into the larger ecosystem to be able to anticipate impacts from changes in other parts of the businessYou ll work closely with tech leadership and architecture to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions and how they impact the ultimately customer experience your team will deliver always looking to ensure you re using the best tool for the jobTransformational LeadershipYou ll rally your teams and senior stakeholders to your product vision and proactively leverage relationships throughout the ecosystem to align to your vision and influence prioritization across partner teamsYou ll be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent to your team and mentoring and developing associates on their product careerWe want you if you are:

Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or military experienceAt least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering Preferred

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or EngineeringMBA or Master s degree3
years of experience in Agile product managementExperience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital productsThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
New York City:
$160,200 - $182,800 for Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
