R-00134458 Description Leidos Health & Civil Sector is seeking Clinical Psychologist candidates to work in Chantilly, VA or McLean, VA location to be determined by staffing needThis is a very rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting our Military and Intelligence men and women and the challenges they faceLeidos will consider sponsoring qualified individuals towards gaining the Top Secret/SCI with Poly security clearance required for this positionPrimary Responsibilitieso Diagnose psychological disorders and provide evidence-based psychotherapy and consultationso Conduct diagnostic interviews and therapy sessions using evidence-based and brief therapeutic models.o Provide support for fatigue management and a national health care referral capability/networkso Provide psychological briefings, program development tasks and training and development and implementation for groupo therapy and workshops.o Maintain complete, accurate, and current records of all clinical services rendered, includes initial evaluations, progress notes, summary notes and all other necessary documentationo Consult with management and other medical staff as needed Basic Qualificationso Masters degree in Clinical Psychology or related with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience or Doctorate with 8 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.o Must have licensure to work at an independent levelA current valid unrestricted counseling license/certification from one of the 50 U.Sstates or D.Cthat grants the authority to provide counseling services as an independent practitioner in their respective fields is required.o Experience conducting assessments and clinical interviews to include documenting clinical findingso Ability to diagnose psychological disorders and provide evidence-based psychotherapyo Strong clinical abilities, and enthusiasm for a collaborative approach to treatment.o Excellent verbal and communication skillso Detail-Oriented Original Posting Date:
