Senior Client Services Associate - Wealth Management

This role will be a hybrid position 3 days in and 2 days work from home and will involve an initial 90 days of 5 days/week on-site during the training period. Our client is a top Wealth Management Firm that provides comprehensive financial planning, retirement and tax planning, estate planning, risk management, and investment management services. The company manages approximately $5 billion in assets on behalf of clients. We are looking for a Senior Client Service Associate to support our client base. The ideal Senior CSA candidate is an individual with experience supporting the unique needs of individuals and families and takes sincere pride in developing meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues, including Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors. Additionally, the ideal CSA candidate is an individual who approaches work with a distinct sense of urgency that exceeds client relationships, and at the core of each client relationship is a deep sense of trust, confidentiality, and genuine sincerity to serve others. Responsibilities Provide client and administrative support to multiple financial advisors including the establishment of new accounts, asset transfers, money movements, charitable support as well as other client directives. Successfully manage a high volume of emails, calls, and/or tasks with a positive attitude Monitor daily transaction activity including deposits, withdrawals, and receipt of securities to ensure client activities are executed promptly. Establishing client profiles and opening new accounts. Collaborate with financial advisors to offer an exceptional client experience including client meeting preparation and service support requests. Generate tax reports and occasionally collaborate with CPA s and other outside professionals to fulfill unique client financial requests. Contribute to the quarterly report production process. Qualifications 3-5
years experience in a client service support role. Wealth Management, Brokerage, and investment advisory firm experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience working with data and meticulous attention to detail. Experience maintaining and protecting sensitive and confidential information. A highly skilled professional with the ability to adapt to a variety of client expectations and needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-directed, highly organized individual with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
