Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies - Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service - Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers - Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a food service or retail environment - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously - Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to create various coffee-based beverages - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing and cash handling - Basic math skills for calculating prices, making change, and managing inventory - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices Note:
