BFT Ambassadors ensure a fantastic experience for our members by welcoming them in, building relationships, and being the face of the studio.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the highest level of customer service, and enjoy getting to know our members and their fitness goals.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Customer Interaction:
Greeting members and visitors as they enter and leave the fitness studio.
Providing information about memberships, classes, and services offered.
Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a friendly and professional manner.
Handling complaints or concerns and escalating them when necessary.
2.
Sales and Membership Management:
Assisting in selling memberships and class packages.
Processing new member sign-ups and cancellations.
Conducting tours of the facility for prospective members.
3.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Keeping track of inventory, such as retail products and cleaning supplies.
4.
Communication:
Serving as a liaison between members and staff.
Disseminating information about schedule changes, upcoming events, or promotions.
5.
Basic Maintenance:
Ensuring the studio's cleanliness and preparedness for classes and members.
Reporting any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
6.
Marketing Support:
Assisting in the promotion of the fitness studio through various marketing efforts, such as social media posts or distributing promotional material.
7.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including checking that all members and guests have signed waivers before using the facilities.
