The Corporate Accounts Assistant is responsible for our corporate membership accounts and wellness programs to ensure the billing is complete and accurate.
The Corporate Accounts Assistant will act as liaison between the sales department and the accounting department.
Essential Functions:
Deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience to every member, every time Assist with corporate member account management, reporting and invoicing Ensure all appropriate fees have been collected Check that contract contains signature, EFT information, and corporate proof Assist our Corporate Accounts Manager with billing issues and membership changes Job
Responsibilities:
Input new corporate memberships and delete terminated memberships Create letters of agreement and setup pricing for corporate accounts Communicate with Corporate Membership and club staff to solve membership and accounting issues Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor Meet all monthly deadlines Be familiar with club policies and procedures as it pertains to membership and accounting Attend all scheduled trainings and meetings Assume other duties as assigned Work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed Education and Certifications:

Diploma or GED required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
