Assist customers in selecting the perfect paint colors, wallpaper, window treatments, rugs, and decorative accessories.
Provide expert advice on decorating trends, color coordination, and design aesthetics.
Collaborate with customers to turn their decorating ideas into reality, creating customized schemes and concepts.
Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art POS system.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide customers with the latest information and inspiration.
Qualifications:
Previous retail sales experience, preferably in home decorating or a related field.
Passion for home decorating, color coordination, and design aesthetics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and sales-related software.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
