Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge:
Become an expert on our wide range of paint products, including mixing and tinting custom colors.
Sales Generation:
Proactively assist customers, upsell products, and contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Color Consultation:
Offer expert advice on color selection and pairing for various applications.
Inventory Management:
Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and assist in inventory control.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent after-sales support, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role, with a focus on paint products preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of paint types, brands, and application techniques.
Ability to lift and move heavy paint cans.
Basic computer skills for transactions and inventory management.
