Greeting guests, offering them a beverage, making clients feel comfortable, answering phones, scheduling appointments, answering questions about products, calling clients and confirming their upcoming appointment when necessary, checking clients out at the end of their service, keeping track of front desk cash and making sure the drawer is always balanced, closing and opening duties when scheduled accordingly.
