HumanTouch's Strategy and Change Management Program Manager will support our federal clients in developing strategies and implementing changeWe are looking for management consulting experts who are driven to work with a team to deliver mission-impactful solutionsThis role requires someone who loves client engagement, can design complex deliverables, understands how to connect dots across large systems, enjoys developing staff, has experience growing business, and can work across one or several change projects in a fast-paced environmentAs a director leading the HumanTouch Strategy and Change Management solution, there are three key areas of responsibility:
Solution Management:
Responsible for leading the solution area to document and mature solution offerings and sharing best practices that can be applied across the various client engagements we are supportingClient Delivery Portfolio Management:
Serve as a Program Manager supporting Client Delivery projects and provide portfolio management and oversight for the Strategy and Change Management client delivery engagements, with a focus on quality assurance risk management, customer experience, satisfaction, and successBusiness Development:
Lead Strategy and Change Management Solution Growth Strategy to expand the solution delivery portfolioIncludes coordination with Client Engagement Account leads, Business Development team, and teaming partnersThe ideal candidate is a dynamic and accomplished leader who can both lead and work effectively in a matrixed organization and possesses:

At relevant times throughout the project, advise client on coalition-building, introduce frameworks to help clients think differently about a problem, and support the Rockwood project team in developing approaches and deliverables to enable change through complex environmentsDevelop organizational strategies:
Create client strategies, frequently focused on managing change for enterprise-level initiatives and applying a structured methodology (to address leadership, communications, team performance, training, culture, and other change elements)May also include areas such as business process reengineering, training, technology adoption, and knowledge managementAct as a trusted advisor:
Develop and expand trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders to gather a deep understanding of client needs and to help them navigate the political and ever-changing environmentLead change management and strategy implementation initiatives:
Take charge of the overall change management process, including identifying and addressing resistance to change, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budgetConduct organizational assessments:
Assess the potential impact of the change on the organization, including changes to processes, systems, and peopleIdentify the current and future state, and what it takes to get from one to the nextCommunicate with and engage stakeholders:
Develop and implement communication plans to inform stakeholders and employees about the change and its impact on their roles and responsibilitiesMeasure and report on progress:
Monitor the progress of the change initiative and report on the results, including identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that ariseCollaborate with other departments:
Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the change initiative is aligned with organizational goals and objectivesEvaluate the success of the change initiative:
Evaluate the success of the change initiative and identify areas for improvement for future change management initiativesEnsure compliance:
Ensure that the change initiative is compliant with relevant regulations and standardsProvide leadership:
Provide leadership to the Rockwood team, including setting goals, managing performance, identifying requirements for the future success of a client organization, and crafting those ideas into new project opportunities to support business development activities to secure the workExpand the relationship base and opportunities for new work at existing client accounts and identify leads to sell services to new clientsExperience&

Minimum 10 years of related work experience with increasing levels of supervisory and leadership responsibility Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degreesBachelors in a related field such as business, psychology, industrial psychology, organizational development, or communications Demonstrated success in developing and growing relationships and accounts Business acumen, including an understanding of the client organization's industry, market trends, and competitive landscape Knowledge of various change management methodologies and frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, and Kotter's eight-step model Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and the ability to deliver presentations, training sessions, and workshops Ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing consulting teams Ability to provide career development and feedback for individual staff at all levels Ability to commute regularly to sites within the Washington metropolitan area and participate in a hybrid work environment, including on-site and virtual locations Expertise in other management consulting areas such as strategy development/implementation, strategic communications and stakeholder engagement, business process reengineering U.
