Be a kid again by becoming a teacher/tutor in our play based and developmentally designed therapy program.
Our 10 yr old son who is autistic has made huge strides through this dynamic program.
Come and learn how success is achieved through higher expectations, patience, hard work and creativity.
But don't sweat! Paid training is included! Our son has made huge gains over the last year.
For perspective, he has made 2 years of developmental gains in 1 year.

Our work environment includes:
Casual work attire On-the-job training Duties:
- Implement play activities for student , including physical play/movement games, sports games, and video game/coding basics.
- Communicate effectively with student, parents, and other staff members of homeschool and household to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the unique needs of student, including those with special education requirements.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive and engaging environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and director of homeschool on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide and receive feedback for effective teaching strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with current educational practices trained by home school director to continuously improve teaching methods.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, such as preschools, childcare centers, or classrooms.
- Strong communication skills, to effectively interact with student, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Creative, energetic, positive and FUNNY personality.
- Ability to adapt trained teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of student and homeschool.
Ability to excel in tight knit result oriented team.
Possess patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed.
