Business Performance Analyst with Security Clearance
As a Business Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing business performance analysis services and support with overall business assessments in support of the mission! o Communicating metrics and score card results.
o Analyzing trends and making recommendations for process improvements.
o Assisting with implementation of process improvements.
o Balancing all resource requirements and available resources across multiple matrixed initiatives based on portfolio priorities.
o Coordinating with the COTR and GTMs to appropriately engage resources.
o Providing direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activities.
o Providing a strategic outlook for all client business areas.
o Periodically benchmarking how industry and other Government agencies are addressing similar issues to those faced by the clientMust Have:
o MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances.
o Bachelor's degree in any field; high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma and five years' work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement.
o Minimum of five years of experience in business managementNice to Have:
