Job Description Fresh Baguette is looking for a Retail Associate for its Mclean store (6707 Old Dominion Dr #115, McLean, VA 22101).
The main role is customer-service oriented to ensure customers are always warmly welcome and served in a clean and inviting environment from 7:
00 AM - 6:
00 PM every day of the week.
The Retail Associate works either morning shifts between 6:
00 AM - 1:
00 PM or afternoon shifts between 1:
00 PM - 7:
00 PM.
AS A RETAIL ASSOCIATE YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:
Serving baked goods, breads, and pastries, Making and serving coffee, sandwiches, salads, Providing friendly and prompt customer service, running a cash register Maintaining store safety, sanitation and proper food storage Addressing and answering customer complaints Paying close attention to the way products are displayed all over the day and to the cleanliness of the store Participating to develop a pleasant work environment and share the cultural values of the company as well as supporting continuously a harassment and discrimination-free environment for all employees Cleaning and prepping the store for the next day Responsible for closing register Requirements Adhere to Fresh Baguette's core values:

without sponsorship Reliable transportation to work--living within walking distance and/or not dependent on public transportation Ability to lift at least 50 lb Prior working experience in any field Experience working at a caf or bakery would also be a plus Benefits Competitive pay (Staring salary at $11,00/hr with room for growth) Average added tips increase hourly pay to over $20.
