Job Description Fresh Baguette is looking for a Store Baker/Barista for its Mclean store (6707 Old Dominion Dr #115, McLean, VA 22101).
The role is customer-service oriented to ensure customers are always warmly welcome and served in a clean and inviting environment from 7:
00 AM to 1:
00 PM every day of the week.
As the Store Baker, you will be responsible for baking all types of Fresh Baguette products and preparing baked goods for the following day.
You will arrive early in the morning to ensure that freshly-made items are available for our guests.
You will bring your aesthetic touch to arrange store products in the best way possible.
This person will also need to have versatility to assist as a retail associate depending on store needs, Your shifts as Store Baker will be spent on approximately 80% baking and 20% retail.
Although your primary role will be on baking, you will work alongside our retail team to meet and exceed guests expectations.
Responsibilities Organizing the freezer and fridge Packing away all delivery items Setting up the bread display Cleaning the baking station Maintaining store safety, sanitation and proper food storage Making and serving baked goods, sandwiches, salads, breads, and pastries Providing friendly and prompt customer service, running a cash register Paying close attention to the way products are displayed all over the day and to the cleanliness of the store Helping to create a pleasant work environment and sharing the cultural values of the company as well as supporting continuously a harassment and discrimination-free environment for all employees Addressing and answering customer complaints Participating to develop a pleasant work environment and share the cultural values of the company as well as supporting continuously a harassment and discrimination-free environment for all employees Hours This is a Full-Time Position:
