Responsibilities:
Juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced finance environment Day to day processing of vendor invoices from entering invoices for approval and approval follow-ups to entering vouchers in AP system in Unanet Vendor invoice processing, matching, and reconciling Expense report review and approval Vendor set up and maintenance Contractor set up and maintenance Required Skills:
0-1 years of finance experience Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, etc.
) Analytical skills/Account reconciliation Candidates must have strong communication and writing skills, ability to solve problems independently, and responsible for meeting deadlines.
The position requires a professional work attitude, ability to communicate openly with management and coworkers, and to work as a team player.
Experience with Unanet (preferred) Minimum Education Required:
Associate's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$45,000.
