Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Communications Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Digital Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's digital presence and engaging with our audience effectively.

Contributions
Responsibilities:
Produce Copy as Voice of the Organization:
Craft persuasive and authentic copy that embodies the brand's voice and values across all digital communication channels.
Develop clear and compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience, maintains brand consistency, and effectively communicates the organization's key messages and initiatives.
Video Production and Editing:
Record and edit professional-quality videos to be used for various purposes, such as promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and company updates.
Demonstrate proficiency in video editing software and ensure a polished and cohesive final product.
Podcast Production and Editing:
Lead the production and editing of professional podcasts, overseeing the entire process from conceptualization to distribution.
Ensure high-quality audio and engaging content that aligns with our brand messaging.
Stakeholder Communication:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and messaging requirements.
Effectively communicate with various departments to align digital communication strategies with broader organizational goals.
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our online presence, reach target audiences, and drive audience growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize social media performance.

government Public Trust Security Clearance eligibility 4
years of experience in content strategy, UX, and/or CX writing Minimum five years of digital content management experience on major social media platforms Cross-platform social media strategy for digital content Proficiency in video editing and graphic engineering using Adobe Creative Cloud Full-production recording and editing skills with commercial-grade and high-end consumer-grade cameras Professional lighting expertise for creative video capture and photography Familiarity with licensed and royalty-free music platforms Audio-engineering experience in podcast production using Rodecaster Ability to create curriculum workflows on learning management systems (LMS) Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience with Docebo Familiarity with Riverside.
fm, Streamyard, and Ecamm Proficiency in Trello Content live streaming experience Skill in creating digital assets (overlays, lower-thirds, captions, intro, outro, etc.
