Successful candidates will be polished, professional and driven to succeed.
They will have experience providing administrative support to department and senior leadership.
Responsibilities Provide operational and logistical support to senior leadership and department Manage a busy calendar, interacting with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex meetings Review and summarize documents and deliver timely reports as required Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Organize all travel needs and prepare detailed travel itineraries Provide phone coverage, meticulously record messages, and alert leadership of emails and phone calls as necessary Prepare and process senior leaders' expense reports Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems Provide support to other members of the department's team as needed Basic Qualifications Experience supporting senior leadership and/or department in administrative capacity.
Demonstrated ability to 'think on your feet' and solve problems.
Personal confidence and a passion for customer service.
Can-do attitude with superior organizational skills and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities under deadlines.
Must be advanced in Microsoft Office applications.
Work overtime to meet business requirements, as needed #LI-LG1.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
