Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph (US Citizen) Position Overview:
As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for providing software development services to develop and maintain web applications such as SharePoint and websites for the Sponsor's organization.
This includes developing, customizing, and optimizing applications like SharePoint, Tableau, and ServiceNow.
You will collaborate as part of a team to support application development and support, system administration of networks, and access administration and support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in software systems applications, design, development, and inter-connectivity.
Proficiency in web development technologies like JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and Java is required.
Experience with tools such as WordPress, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and JavaScript is also necessary.
Knowledge of Domino Lotus Notes Development is required for this role.

This job requires an existing Top Secret SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and maintain web applications such as SharePoint and websites for the Sponsor's organization.
Customize and optimize applications such as SharePoint, Tableau, and ServiceNow.
Reengineer software systems as required.
Assess and validate SharePoint and web requirements across the Sponsor's organization.
Finesse SharePoint workflow architectures.
Redesign existing SharePoint applications to add new features, optimize, scale, or improve stability and performance.
Provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and content management support for Sponsor's SharePoint sites.
Analyze business software and design specifications for functional activities.
Develop and write computer programs according to specifications to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information.
Test and debug new software or enhancements to existing software.
Coordinate and track risks, accreditation, and reporting status across teams.
Create new SharePoint sites for the Sponsor.
Process incoming requirements related to access administration.
Participate in ongoing projects to streamline account administration and data management.
Write, design, or edit web page content.
Collaborate with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
Develop databases that support web applications and websites.
Respond to user email inquiries.
Stay up-to-date with current web technologies and programming practices.
Experience Needed:
Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Experience in Domino Lotus Notes Development is required.
Demonstrated experience in software systems applications, design, development, and inter-connectivity.
Proficiency in web development using JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, JQuery, or Java.
Experience with developing websites or interfaces using tools such as WordPress, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and JavaScript.
Ability to translate system requirements into an end-to-end design for applications or databases.
Strong technical documentation skills.
Ability to build and enhance partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
Experience overseeing and conducting ongoing maintenance of applications such as JIRA, SharePoint, WordPress, and Domino.
Other Skills (Highly Desired):
Demonstrated experience providing briefings and effective communication.
Experience with graphics tools and development.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
