We are seeking a well-organized and motivated individual to join the Internal Communications production team, responsible for producing internal events.
We are looking for someone that is reliable, resourceful, collaborative and brings a positive attitude to everything they do.
Corporate Communications is responsible for keeping employees informed, motivated, and engaged.
Specifically, the Internal Communications team leads company-wide editorial publishing and production, ranging from articles to educational events to daily emails to all employees.
The Internal Events Associate is responsible for assisting in the logistical management and production of internal events.
Events include, but are not limited to, monthly educational events, All-Employee Town Halls and team building events.
Produce internal events via Microsoft Teams and Teams Live.
Compose and execute an internal communications plan to assist in event promotion.
Collaborate with the creative services team to produce internal ads and any additional collateral needed for events.
Schedule pre- and post-event internal ads on our editorial calendar.
Work with the creative services production team on securing the event replay and getting it promoted in the appropriate places.
Provide support to our digital asset management system and visual organization.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of internal or external events experience.
Bachelor's degree (journalism, communications, marketing, or related field) or equivalent work experience.
Communication skills are key.
both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in working with stakeholders to meet business and event requirements.
