1-2 Rounds They are looking for someone with very strong soft skills and an understanding of the tools/technologies listed.
This will be an internal customer facing role that is required to interact with a number of groups within the infrastructure and operations team.
Their primary goal is to work with teams to build processes to ensure all parties get what they need.
Must Haves:
Looking for someone with strong security background in audits, risks, and logs Looking for someone with good with data background developing reports Looking for someone with basic scripting experience like tableau OR Power BI OR SSRS OR SSIS (Need to be able to understand Some knowledge of AWS cloud is a plus Day-to-day example:
Their infrastructure and their platform team need to work together on a current project.
The platform team has its own way of operating, delivering code, etc and the infrastructure team has theirs.
This person will be responsible for identifying and communicating with team members from both teams to find a process that works so that both can operate in harmony without infringing on the other.
Customer facing, internal customers Understand requirements, pass them along, technical acumen Risk work internally, not a strong skillset but a plus, SOP Experience creating a process end-to-end Know the stakeholders, come with questions, build that process (automated/manual) Not a position that requires the strongest technical skills, i.
