Overview:
This is a full time position for a busy hair transplant clinic In this role you will be checking patient in and out for appointments, collecting balances and scheduling future visits The hours are Monday - Friday from 9:
00am - 6:
00pm (hours subject to change on scheduled surgery days, advanced notice would be provided) Purpose and Scope:
As the patient care coordinator, you are the first face and voice patients will see and hear when coming into the clinic.
It is important to us that patients are greeted with a warm welcome and that they feel comfortable walking into our clinic.
You will help them get started on their hair restoration journey with us.
Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the clinic is providing quality services and patient satisfaction Schedule and input all appointments in a timely and efficient manner Confirm appointments utilizing available resource of communications (calls, emails) Assure all pre-operative and post-operative activities are scheduled according to clinic protocol Manage patient cancellations and additions to schedule in accordance to clinic's scheduling protocol Facilitates the admission process by professionally greeting all patients and visitors and initiate the consultation process in accordance to the clinic's consultation process Answer incoming calls on multiple lines and ensure proper triaging of calls according to sales opportunities or clinical needs Assemble, file and maintain patient medical records in a confidential and secure manner Ensure appropriate signatures are included on all necessary patient documents according to clinic protocol Keep inventory of administrative supplies Communicates with all parties involving patient care and utilization of services Maintain neat and clean work area at front desk, lobby and refreshment area Update incoming leads according to clinic protocol Other administrative duties as assignedJob Type:

All patients and staff are required to wear a mask when coming into the clinic.
Temperatures are checked at the entrance of office and hand sanitizer is provided to each person visiting the clinic.
