None CACI's Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring a Cloud Engineering Lead in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting Best Practices in Agile Software Development for the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) and Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI This team will support all NCTC directorates and offices in one of the most dynamic technology missions in the federal government.

More About the Role CACI is looking for a Cloud Engineering Lead with cloud-native technology architecture, software engineering, infrastructure engineering, agile scrum experience, and project facilitation abilities to support NCTC's critical national security mission.
This role will be responsible for cloud system plans and strategies; design, development, and deployment of applications into a cloud or hybrid cloud; and implementation of enterprise infrastructure and platforms required for cloud computing.
What You'll Get to Do As the Cloud Engineering Lead, you will have the opportunity to develop IT cloud strategies, roadmaps, architectural products, systems, and deliverables for 30
mission critical applications across the enterprise.
Advise on the feasibility of large-scale transformation and migration initiatives for all phases of projects from inception to completion.
Plan transformations across and within application portfolios and advocate technological application programs to achieve long-range objectives.
Help evolve NCTC's technology vision by delivering a rigorous approach to IT Cloud modernization and transformations across the enterprise.
Develop the strategy and architecture to migrate dozens of programs to the cloud in government-only regions of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and potentially other clouds.
Support and strengthen governance and cloud migration frameworks.
Provide expertise to ensure innovative ideas and emerging cloud technologies are aligned with strategic, mission, and operational goals.
Perform technology liaison leadership to facilitate, collaborate, and integrate impactful and advanced technical solutions for large-scale mission impacts across the agency.
Collaborate with end user facing teams to define technology migration strategies and approaches.
Performs Architecture reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state(s).
You'll Bring These Qualifications 10-15 years of IT and IT Management experience related to the role.
College degree (BS) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline.
Additional experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
An ODNI ISSA/TS with CI Poly security clearance, or equivalent clearance capable of cross-over.
Working knowledge common, multi-tiered application architectures and legacy modernization approaches.
A minimum of ten years of experience directly supporting cloud architecture design, development, implementation, and maintenance.
A minimum of one of the following professional certifications:
Professional Cloud Solutions Architect (PCSA) or AWS Solutions Architect (Professional).
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have Experience with big-data cloud-computing infrastructure solutions in AWS or Azure (DataBricks, Elastic Stack, MapReduce, etc.
).
Experience supporting highly distributed applications.
Experience leading cross-functional technology teams.
One of the following AWS Certifications:
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator (Associate), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer (Professional) -or- AWS Certified Big Data (Specialty) Experience utilizing Agile and DevSecOps methodologies in modern application development lifecycles.
Experience working with programming languages such as Java, C++, JSON, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby, Pig/Hive, and/or Elixir.
