Scrum Master
We're looking for a Scrum Master, experienced in leading non-engineering teams within the Agile space, to support our industry-leading client.
This position is onsite and can sit in either Richmond or McLean.
We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants.

Responsibilities of the Senior Scrum Master:
Ensure teams focus on commitments and continuous improvementsProvide regular status reports to stakeholders on project progressUnderstand Agile principles and coach team on best practices and how to applyEnsure team adheres to PMO JIRA standards to enable reporting and performance metricsIntegrate Agile and Lean principles into team practices and work productsRequirements of the Senior Scrum Master:
At least 3 years of experienceExperience helping non-engineering teams to apply Lean/Agile principlesAbility to understand the work and identify upstream and downstream dependencies and support team in risk managementProactively identify impediments and appropriately resolve using network of peers and formal channelsIntegrate Agile and Lean principles into team practices and work productsCoach Product Owner and team on backlog refinement and prioritization Job ID:
