Product Manager
We're looking for a talented Product Manager to help with a modernization effort for one of our largest financial clients.
You will assess opportunities, define product roadmap to maximize ROI, and manage implementation and product delivery.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Previous experience working with Engineering/Data TeamsHas experience building products/components and capabilitiesUnderstanding road mapping and has a Strategic approach when it comes to road mappingCan build requirements by gathering requests/information from ClientsCan understand the technology the teams are working with - technical background is a plusUnderstanding how various systems interactSolid Communication skills with a team focused mindsetCan Analyze Problems and explain these to stakeholdersResponsibilities of the Product Manager:
Help to shape and deliver product capabilities and servicesDevelop and deliver on product vision in line with organizational objectivesContribute to the development of product management best practicesEnsure user needs and abilities are at the core of initiativesBuild relationships enterprise-wideRequirements of the Product Manager:
Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experienceDemonstrated experience managing technical products; defining roadmaps, product shaping, and prioritizationExperience in software development and an understanding of web, digital, virtual, front end, and backend applications and servicesAbility to leverage Agile processes and Lean build/measure/learn approach to drive product development and decision-makingProven ability to lead product strategy, develop product roadmaps, and prioritize user stories to inform product development and drive growthDemonstrated track record of managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
