Job Description Key
Responsibilities:
Lead shopper / consumer -focused business analysis, insight discovery, and strategy development to support brand, customer, and Mondelez International business objectives Develop and execute a content analytics roadmap by partnering with the leader for the content team under eCommerce marketing Work closely with the content team under eCommerce marketing and support them with data driven insights to enable the better management of our digital shelf which has direct correlation with category growth Develop in-depth knowledge of customer and brand priorities, strategies, and tactics and the buying dynamics and motivations of their shoppers Proactively uncover, review, and analyze existing consumer and shopper research to identify and apply learnings to unmet business challenges Stay abreast of retail industry trends, competitive CPG trends, and broader consumer trends that can impact category dynamics and performance Utilize multitude of available resources to glean insights and translate them to meaningful implications and actions Play leadership role as an eCommerce expert supporting business reviews, analyzing business issues, and providing business insights and recommendations to improve business results If applicable Lead, coach, develop, and manage performance of others directly or indirectly Key Competencies:

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree - Social Science, Business Administration or Marketing is preferred. Master's Degree is a strong plus Minimum 5 years working experience in CPG. eCommerce/Omnichannel experience is a strong plus Marketing experience is a strong plus Formal exposure to data analytics or insights in any of the prior roles is an added advantage Worked within at least 1 (ideally 2) Customer/Retailer/Brand teams and contributed to / shared responsibility for meeting volume targets. Experience with insights being heavily leveraged in a sales or marketing role with a keen focus on 'What are the Retail Customer's or Brand's Strategic Priorities', how those Priorities are broken into tangible Growth Opportunities, and how MDLZ Brands and Shopper driven solutions can advance growth ambitions. Proven ability to influence stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Insights, and external agencies. Experience in building compelling Insights stories with clear implications from multi data sources to drive business decisions. Able to develop learning and best practices principles. Familiar with common insights methodologies, including ethnographies, shop alongs, surveys, as well as shelf management principles. Strong problem-solving capability, i.e., identify what's the problem to solve before executing Strong quantitative analysis (syndicated data knowledge) and custom research experience. Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) & Tableau with a heavy focus on storytelling Experience leading/facilitating collaborative brainstorming sessions is a strong plus. Solid organization, project management, time management, and planning skills. Strong written / oral communication skills. Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced workplace with a focus on achieving work/life balance. People management experience and skills a plus Strong problem solving, analytical skillset, and creative infusion Presenting to senior stakeholders internally and with Retail Customers Ability to comprehend shelf management concepts in the context of category management No Relocation support available.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
