## DESCRIPTION
As a Test Lead, you will define and maintain test system configurations and perform test executions while writing test scripts for complex, integrated systems.
Responsibilities:
Establish goals and objectives for appropriate testing cycles
Define and manage software test environments
Define and maintain test standards and quality assurance tasks
Participate in the development and implementation of structured testing concepts, methodologies and automated testing tools.
Implement test processes on projects, write test plans, procedures and scripts, and analyze test results.
Qualifications:
Experience with Agile methodologies and supporting techniques (e.g. Test Driven Development and continuous integration processes).
Experience with business processes and related systems supporting either Commercial Bank, Retail Bank, Credit Card or Finance industries
Experience in testing with a proficient understanding of functional end to end testing, system testing, batch processing, user acceptance testing, and regression
Experience using testing tools (Quality Center, Test Director or equivalent)
Experience using Quick Test Professional (QTP) automated testing tools
