Role - Executive Assistant to a Senior Vice President and a Vice President
Provide administrative support to a SVP and a VP - organizing time/schedule, preparing people/materials for meetings/presentations, travel planning as well as other work to enable supported executives to focus on more strategic work.
Responsibilities:
-Management of administrative items such as calendar management, travel planning, expense processing.
- Meeting and Event Planning
- Administrative tasks - completing TE''s, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with creating PowerPoint presentations
- Budget Monitoring
- Organize and maintain files, phone calls/messages
Qualifications: Basic
Qualifications: - High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification, or Military Experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - 2 years of experience in Administrative Support Responsibilities - 1 year of experience in Multi-tasking Preferred
Qualifications: - Associates Degree - Software expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word - 5 years of experience in Administrative Support Responsibilities - 2 years of experience in Verbal and Written Communications - 2 years of experience in Multi-tasking

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
