Key Role:
Deliver instructor led training on technical topics, including social media analysis tools. Conduct training needs analyses and design and develop instructionally sound instructor-led training on analytic tools, datasets, and material that is often complex and unique to the client. Design and develop performance support solutions, including online help and job aids. Deliver instructor-led training leveraging a finished intelligence analytic framework. Work closely with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies and solutions. Work closely with team members, including project managers, programmers, graphics artists, and editors. Maintain and update content in existing online and classroom-based courses, as needed.
Basic
Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with developing successful intelligence community training courses
-2 years of experience with developing and teaching Open Source intelligence-related courses
-Experience with instructional design methodology
-Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-BA or BS degree
Additional
Qualifications:
-Experience with finished intelligence analysis and social media analysis
-Ability to work collaboratively and be flexible with clients and staff with minimal supervision
-Possession of excellent oral and written and communication skills
-BA or BS degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related education field; MA or MS degree preferred
-Professional course developer or instructor certification from a government or university training program
